Returns & Refunds

CAN I HAVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

  • All purchases are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges, as each item is custom printed once your order is received.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED?

  • We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.

 

Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details about your order after it is placed.

Shipping Policies

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • After processing time is finished, your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • OhSerenity is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • OhSerenity is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

  • We currently do not ship outside USA. We are actively working to expand shipping to more regions soon.

  • Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy page for detailed information on returning items purchased from OhSerenity.

Lost Packages:

  • If your order gets lost in transit and the tracking information indicates it was delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. OhSerenity cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
